Hello again, from Genesee River Wilds. Due to the unsafe high water, we had to cancel the trip that was scheduled on May 24th. We have decided to reschedule the trip for late June in hopes that the weather and the river will be much more cooperative.
We would like to invite you to the Third Annual River Float. This fantastic journey down our lovely Genesee River will take place on Saturday June 25th. We will launch our boats around 10 am and hope to take out around 4 pm. The float is expected to take between 5 and 6 hours and includes a lunch break at the river’s edge. The “skippers meeting’ will be right at 10:00 so please plan to arrive before then.
Bring something good for lunch, plenty of water, sunscreen, hats, life vests, cameras (in tight zip lock), and old sneaks or water shoes. No glass on the river.
We ask that everyone RSVP by Tuesday June 21st. Also please provide a number where we can reach you in case of any last minute changes or updates. Feel free to e-mail or call with questions.
