| Hi Everyone, my name is Ryan. I actually just bought my first canoe, a wenonah, from oak orchard in Rochester. I'm just getting back into paddling, but I did a ton when I was younger. Probably the only notable trip was an 80 miler through algonquin park. I love camping and backpacking, but of course I love being on the water so the canoe is the perfect way to bring it all together. My girlfriend and my dog Cuda are usually with me. I'll have some pictures posted soon from the Lake Placid area trip that I just went on with Ray. Hope to see you on the water! | |

| WOW 80 Miles, I am impressed!
I have not been to algonquin park in years but it is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. We went canoeing just for a day trip and the water is so crystal clear some of the lakes are hundreds of feet and you can see very deep, its absolutely amazing, definitely something I would love to do again.

| Algonquin is certainly on my list of places to go back to very soon. I loved it there, we actually gathered and cooked enough fresh water clams there for a large group of people, delicious! | |

| Hi, I'm Ryan and I'm new to the forum. I am currently attempting my 40 day water fast. Last time I only made it to day 21, but really could have gone much further. I had reached my goals and didn't see the need to continue. I hope I can do it this time, seeming fasting, even for shorter periods had become much more difficult since then. =============== SEO Link Building | Link Building Company |

Hi Ryan, what did your trip around Lake Placid entail? I am a frequent visitor to that area on the hiking side of things...

| We were camped nearby for a family gathering actually, so we just put our boats in lake placid and paddled around for a day. Nothing serious really. | |

| Aha, so now the question becomes were you really on Lake Placid, or was it Mirror Lake (in the Village of Lake Placid)?
I haven't been on either--just curious.

| We did both actually, though there's not much point to paddling on mirror lake...it's so small. | |
