Not to Nitpick

I have noticed that the server time clock is incorrect (Just made a post) and the server said Today at 2:11 pm, when in actuallity it is August 14 at 10:10 ish.

Not that thtas is a big deal...

Another thing is in the post under general paddeling (Genesee River - Letchworth) upstatehead gave some AMAZING information that probably won't make it to everyone.

Would it be possible the receive an e-mail from the forum (to everyone who is a member) in regards to something like: "upstatehead Re: to idrivezambonies - Genesse River - Letchworth." That way who ever does not check the Forum on a regualr basis will not miss out on upstatehead wealth of knowledge (his head is going to get big!!!!)

Thank you very much for the feedback, its this kind of stuff thats going to make this forum work. I tried to fix the time but it doesn't seem to have worked so I am going to e-mail the forumotion.com staff to see what they think. I took your suggestion and started a new section that only mods and admins are going to be able to post in. Everytime we see a good post with info we are going to transfer the data to the new section and lock it so it doesn't get lost in more posts on the topic. The reason why I would be hesitant about sending mass e-mails about these things is because some people might consider it "spam" if we start sending them mail everytime we get a good post. I will be sending out mass e-mails from time to time about big site updates and events so people wont lose interest. If there is anything other suggestions PLEASE PLEASE let me know.
