i was there this past weekend and if you looking for a trail and boat access site chances are its not gonna be very private. the ones in the bay area are pretty nice. we stayed at 41 which had a nice rock going down to the water and a dock with a deep drop off, great for swimming. the one next to it (40) is a nice one as well. what i would do is just ask the person at the reg. booth about any site and they will tell you what you need to know. get there before noon if you can b/c they fill quick.
