Hello Doug. I helped my father re-cain one of the seats in his canoe and it wasn't too hard as I remember. Thanks, Ray. It is good to know I can buy the new seat for about $40 + shipping but the seat frame is in good condition so I am interested in re-caning the seat myself. Do you recall where the supplies came from?
